Pros: I was treated like an idiot.I had to talk to 3 Indian representatives that i could not even understand. the first person transferred me without informing me that there was going to be a service fee.
Cons: He transferred me to the second Indian guy that was very rude and said"WELL IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO PAY THE SERVICE FEE I WILL NOT ASSIST YOU IN THIS MATTER.I then told him in a stern voice to connect me to his supervisor.
Summary: HE argued with me and then finally Transferred me.The supervisor was also unwilling to help me with my issue because of my refusal to pay a service charge. I went on Lexmark's website and read the rules®ulations and guess what,its actually against there regulations for a representative to not inform a consumer about any charges that may apply. so in hence i WILL BE CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE ABOUT THIS MATTER.
