    Pros: Seemed like a decent price, but frankly there isn't anything to like about this product. It scans ok.

    Cons: The fax functionality is almost completely unusable. Tech support had me flash firmware, and finally they sent me a new machine (which sucked just as badly). Print quality is sub-par. Color scanning quality is ok but works via a byzantine browser UI.

    Summary: Bottom line is, don't buy one. Mine is going up for sale, and the freebie they sent me is going up for sale.
