Pros: If you have a MPEG4 devise it works good.

Cons: Cannot convert to different format.

Summary: I purchased 10 songs. I then went to convert the songs to the MP3 format to allow me to play the songs on my RIO.
To my surprise the song have a protection on them.
I can not convert the songs THAT I PURCHASED to any other format. The question I have is. If I own the songs why is itunes telling me what device I can play then on?
I feel like I have been taken. The songs cost .99 cents each. I can not use the music in anything except my computer.I contacted customer service and was told that the songs are in fact only limited to MPEG4 devices. This is wrong. I own the songs. If you are planning to use the music on anthing other then MPEG4 device stay away from this service.
