"A Very Bad Experience"
Pros: None whatsoever
Cons: Worst service I have ever recevied and they keep taking my money!
Summary: I signed up for free samples with Lloyds TSB Bank. I tried to download some free samples but it kept coming up with an errr message. I cancelled my account immediately so I didn't forget about it and inccur any charges for the next months. WI then noticed that they had charged me £8.99. I complained by email politely. I got no response for 3 weeks and when I did it was automated. I then found that they had charged me another £14.99!?!? I had no idea why I was being charged as I had received a confirmation email the week before saying that I would receive no more charges now my account had been closed. I have complained 4 more times but only ever been sent automated responses. Unfortunately the terms and conditions say that they will give no refunds. I didn't think this ment that they wouldn't refund money they had incorrectly taken! I would definately avoid using this site.

I got my money refunded by disputing the charge with my credit card bank. Don't let these people take your money.
