CNET Editors' rating explained for MSN Music

On August 26, CNET launched a substantial redesign of its Web sites. As part of the changes, we've altered the rating system to include numerals (1 through 10 with decimals) and a five-star system, with half stars. MSN Music includes an accessible and well-organized customer service section with helpful FAQs for both the player's features and user accounts. There is even a user feedback form within the customer service area. There are also links to informative pages regarding Windows Media Player 10.0 and its features, both related and nonrelated to MSN Music.
