"Urge makes me..."
Pros: vast arena of content/junk
Cons: customer SERVICE/product
Summary: Man, I think I have tried them all and Urge is by far the WORST service. First off, I cannot get rid of them. I cancelled and they still debit me, we had words again and they still won't stop. Meanwhile I never use it anymore-b/c it can barely function without a good kick in the ass. Things were going ok during that free trial. This was when It was brand new. I was pretty bored though, it lacked a lot of content. I know it has made improvement in that department, but for me it doesn't matter b/c I can't even play a track. It simply doesn't work. There are no longer free songs, or the last time I was on they had done away with them. Many e-mails to customer service , who did not address the problem which I basically spelled out to them. I have a lot of experience with C.S and it is a large part of my field-so I can honestly say they are one of the most incompetant groups of people who could care less. Terrible customer service. I stick by Rhapsody, and never have any problems with them.

Believe it or not canceling the card alone does not stop authorized charges you have to ask you bank to put the card on the EWB (Electronic Warning Bulletin) and all charges to that acct will be halted. Of course you will have to get a new acct number.
