    Pros: None any other mp3 player doesn't also have.

    Cons: It is so a pain to download songs unless you use Microsoft Zune Pass.

    Summary: This device is not worth the headaches it takes to try to get songs and videos onto it. And the Zune software tries to take over all your media needs and doesn't hardly play any formats (ex. WMA)
