  • "The new model 2120 is better than Apples Time Capsule!"

Pros: Auto backup, iTunes server, simple to use, linux-based so no MS Server issues, open drive bay

    Cons: None - amazing product

Summary: This is a ground breaking product. I wanted to buy Apple's Time capsule for easy backup, iTunes server capabilities, sharing files and photos on the internet with friends, and having remote access to my data. It has one 500MB drive and an empty drive bay that can either mirror the other drive or you can add a bigger drive later. Also has USB interface to hook up USB drives. I thought I would have to buy the $599 HP server, then found this new HP 2120 Media Server for $299 list, and it ROCKS! VERY simple to set up, and it works with my PC. The Apple Time Capsule has the same features, but only if you have a Mac.
