    Pros: It worked well until the OS failed.

    Cons: When the OS failed, seemingly I have lost both disks.
    The whole reason I bought this was for RAID 1 mirroring.

    So what's my option now? If I'm lucky, I send it somewhere to someone who knows how to deal with the proprietary format? I've got 5 years of

    Summary: I am starting to wonder if I should pursue small claims court to at least cover the cost of sending the disk to someone who specializes in this kinda crap. I'm a developer, an MIT guy, reasonably savvy to tech travails, but I'm feeling like someone who got scammed by a used car salesman. How do you botch RAID 1? geez...
