Cons: Poor product and quality management
Poor customer supportSummary: Bought this product, had used as a data back up only months and then died after firmware update (yes, just firmware update) in spite of log said firmware updated successfully. Sent it back to LG and talked to support, but only option is re-initialization of device, which means they delete everything... I recommend that everyone should take a backup BEFORE changing anything!LG said that they are NO RESPONSIBILITY on the data stored in this device (written in warranty) and if you do data recovery by opening this device, your warranty will be expired. Think about online data backup services like dropbox than this, they maybe more reliable.
