Pros: Two pros:
1. The device worked properly for 1 month (unfortunately it's been broken for 3 months).
2. There was one really good tech support guy I worked with, but I only had him for a short time. All the rest have been unresponsive and ineffective.
Cons: I purchased a NetGear ReadyNAS Ultra 4+ in March 2011. It worked well for about one month, then started having problems. It was replaced once. It is now mid-July, and the device is still broken and unusable. Tech support has been slow, unresponsive,
Summary: Based on my experience, I would STRONGLY urge everyone to avoid the NetGear ReadyNAS devices. Try a different brand.
