"Messes with too much to be worth it"
Pros: Internet part works fine
Cons: messes with rest of computer
Summary: Someone over at Linksys needs to learn how to code things correctly. The actual internet part of it works just fine. No connection problems or anything like that. As for the rest of my computer however....
A file named GTGina.dll has decided that the Welcome screen and Fast User switching aren't going to work anymore. That means that I know longer am automatically logged onto my computer (which is important to me since I'm the only one who uses it), CRTL+ALT+DEL now brings up a menu that asks if I want to restart, reboot, pull up the task manager (which is all I ever want when I press that combinaiton), or whatever else it says.
There's no reason why a wireless internet adaptor should have this kind of effect on the rest of my computer.
