Pros: Easy to use; remote works well; switches automatically
Cons: They don't tell you that you really need to push the IR receiver wire into it's port very, very firmly almost to the point where it feels like you're going to break it.

"Doesn't work too well without power supply"
Pros: It's small and cheap. The external IR receiver is a nice touch, since it allows you to hide the switcher itself (and the HDMI cables connected to it) behind your television.
Cons: I can't get it to work correctly without a power supply.
