Pros: Easy to install, clear instructions, I did not have to do anything high tech to get it to work.

Cons: Software has to be installed on every PC that is connected to the network.

Summary: The software was easy to install. The device worked perfectly with my multifunction printer and external hard drive the first time I tried them. The installation wizard was easy to use so no high tech configuring is required. The box does indeed say "share printers and other USB devices over your network", so understand it is not a true "print server", but a network sharing device. You could achieve the same functionality by sharing these devices from your computer. But since a print server was not in my budget, this device fits the bill and is easier to manage in the long run.
