"Overall the latest upgrade to WRT54G and probably the best basic home networking router yet."
Pros: Long range connection, plenty of security features, has future implementation for draft N devices, and a definate bargain for its price.
Cons: Comes in standard black/blue exterior color, in other words, none.
Summary: I've been looking to upgrade from my excellent WRT54G (v5) for awhile. I'm not really going to spend big bucks on draft N type of routers since their reviews are typically awful. So I did my homework and found out that the new WRT150N is the latest from Linksys. 150N has the draft N and MIMO technology to go along with its awesome security features. The range is strong enough to provide wireless connectivity 2-3 house radius from my pad.
Price is very reasonable, just look at the other garbage draft N routers out there, and tell me if their selling price makes sense. By the way, don?t listen to the bad remarks others leave for this product, they?re just having a bad day, and probably works for other networking company. As far as I?m concern, this puppy is the cream of the crop for basic home wired and wireless networking. Go get it!
Tip: Get the latest firmware for your 150N at linksys.com. Access your router?s configuration using 192.168.1.1 (default), click on the Wireless tab, and then choose B-G Mixed for Network Mode. I have channel 11 as my Standard Channel.

You're suggesting that we set this 802.11n router to b-g mixed? Why did you get the N then? Why wouldn't you have just stuck with the WRT54G? Just curious as I have the WRT54GC and am looking to upgrade.
