Pros: Quick set up

Cons: Hard to use
Slow
No warning on incompatiblility

Summary: Firstly, I have to say that I bought it at half price - at $49.99 - of the suggest retail price.

Secondly, I have to make sure there is a free / un-used ethernet outlet in my router - it is not listed as a "system requirements".

Thirdly, set up is basically plug and play. This is the only good item.

Lastly, it NEVER worked. By that, I mean I can see my drive, see my folders, etc. but cannot download or upload files through their interace while I am at home. It seem to work fine when I am trying remotely. Worst part is that it is slow and in terms of slow download and upload.

Customer service did not actually walked me through step by step to determine why it seems to work remotely but not locally. Lack of a methodology to eliminate the issues or at least move things in the right direction is better description of what went on.

Stay away.
