"not too bad for free" on
Pros: It has a decent feature set if that's what you need. Comes pre-packaged with confusion and headaches, so that's a plus if you needed those. Locks up constantly, hoping firmware cures the problem, I just upgraded and it seems more stable, but after months

Cons: Very unstable. Can't hold a connection for long. I keep having to reboot the damn thing.

"7004WFW Connectivity Nightmare" on
Pros: Easy set up. Better than average support.
Cons: Disconnect 10+ times per day, requiring power down and reset. Range is not great. Disconnects even when next to router. Loss of DSL connection. 2 router replacements, and still bad. Worse, Amazon has a 30-day return policy. I own a doorstop!

"If you know how to configure it it works great" on
Pros: This is a great value. People who can't connect with VPN connections probably aren't mapping the correct ports through the firewall. I had some issues setting up a VPN connection at first, but once i set up the firewall correctly it works like a charm.
Cons: Once every 2 months or so i'll need to reboot it. other than that it works great!
