Pros: There are none!
Cons: It is a poor company with very poor service!
Summary: It was a nightmare from beginning to end, actually it has not ended yet. We are moving and they won't accept my cancellation for early next month, I have to call back on the actual day I want to discontinue their miserable service. We have 2 lines and tried to activate both lines, after 5 months one still does not work, but we have been billed for both. The voice quality of the service is often poor. I have to re-boot everything at least once a day, especially if the kids spend a considerable amount of time on the PC, because the phoneline goes dead.
One also has to pay $39.99 per line for disconnecting, which I wasn't told upfront. Customer service, although friendly, does not seem to know what goes on.
In short, if you like stress and trouble, go ahead, order Vonage, otherwise don't get it!
