"Good Product If Your Degree Is In Network Admin"
1.0 starson by ARockmanPros: Very versitile and lots of functionality
Responsive help deskCons: Takes a degree in Network Administration and Microsoft Certification to even get started
Poor help file and User Guide without the above training
Not nearly enough examples on how to integrate other hardware ie. gateways and wireless access points.Summary: Without the necessary training, this product is way too high end for 99% of the normal user base. Working "our of the box" is a complete joke. There is no explanation for instance of why changing parameters for the "ext-wlan (WLAN)" so that the Linksys WAP will be recognized hoses the regular LAN setup. It doesn't make sense and nothing in a help file explains it.
I've wasted $500 and many man days of what could have been billable hours trying to get this equipment to work. Tomorrow, I'm goin out and find a good Linksys device and yank this piece of crap out.

Don't rate a product lowly due to your own ineptitude. From your review it looks as though you consider yourself an IT consultant, and honestly I don't believe you have any business operating in the field.
Stick to your house calls and supporting consumer grade equipment.
