As we mentioned in our article on the WWDC keynote, Apple has released the final version of Safari 4.0 for Leopard, Tiger, and Windows. The final release includes an enhanced "Nitro" Javascript engine, and final touches and fixes for the new features of Safari such as Top Sites, History Search, Cover Flow, and updated web standards such as HTML 5 and advanced CSS effects.
