Comcast and AirPort problems:

AirPort Software 2.0.2 fixes Cybersurfer conflict Late yesterday, we updated our report on Comcast and AirPort Base Station problems with news that Apple had just released AirPort Software 2.0.2, available via Software Update, or as a stand-alone installer for OS X and OS 9. It has two new features:

• Compatibility with Motorola Cybersurfer cable modems (apparently the fix for the Comcast problem)
• Improved password security

Pete Roberts notes: "Files on my PowerBook were updated to 2.0.2. However, running Airport Admin Utility does not indicate that there is anything with which to update the Base Station itself." However, William Kucharski states: "As soon as I starited the AirPort Admin Utility it updated the software on my snow ABS to version 4.0.2."
