Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 review

Quick Take: Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 includes Word 2003, Excel 2003, Outlook 2003, and PowerPoint 2003. This edition allows you to read any file protected by Microsoft Information Rights Management (IRM) and, if permission is given, to modify the file.
