"Many things changed for the worse"
onSummary In Office 95-2000, I could format text from the keyboard (no mouse). Not in XP: It has a horrendous un-navigatable task pane. Same obnoxious overkill for starting a new document. XP's task pane is every bit as bad as the "happy paperclip" useless help animation, but you can't work around the task pane. Do NOT buy Office XP. Find a version of Office 2000.

"Pay Thru My Nose"
onSummary I guess the mostregretable action I ever done is using Microsoft Office. Practically I'm tie down to it forever and keep paying thru my nose (for upgrades) just to be compatible with other people. I'm really tired nad frust. I guess using StarOffice is not that bad after all. I still get my job done on time ! MS Office do offer a lot of features to the user but more often than not usually I only use 15% of the features..so why should I pay for the 75% features that I don't need it ?
