programs are great! :D you can save your documents as .doc or .docx so its compatible with office and you can do much much more

word processor stops responding if you try to paste something
no powerpoint (but u can still view .ppt or .pptx files)

5 great products I use ALL the time. works 9 came with my laptop and I LOVE it. you can save yourself a lot of bucks and get very similar performance with Microsoft office. It lost a star due to a few issues with word processor. One, I wish you could password protect documents but its not completely necessary - if theres something confidential I can just upload it to Windows Live SkyDrive and its protected on there. Also with word processor when i paste anything, the program just stops responding. but that may just be a bad pack i received. other then that its great
