"Worst Payment Service Ever!"
Pros: Nice Teaser $$$
Cons: None of the orders process!
Summary: This is the worst payment service I have ever seen. We placed 3 Christmas orders with 3 different companies. Two of them are still "in progress" after 10 days. In both cases the company says they don't have the order, but it could show up anytime so I could place another order but I might get both. On the first order, it was Toys R Us and after talking with them on the phone, they said they had no record. It was the one thing my daughter wanted for Christmas and was very hard to get. We finally caught a window it was available again and ordered it and received it yesterday in the mail. Then ironically we get an e-mail from Google checkout telling us that are order was cancelled because the item was out of stock (how the heck could I have ordered it from the website if it wasn't available?!@?!??) They suck. Try again.

I ordered some auto parts and Google debited my account. The auto dealer never received the money and Google closed his account without explaining what the "security" issues were. There was a message telling him the account cannot be reopened. He had five customers with the same problem. Further, there isn't a phone number available for support and Google says the user name I used for this order doesn't exist even though they charged me. Hopefully, my bank can recover the money, but I have my doubts.

I haven't used Google Checkout yet, however, from a programmers point of view, I can tell you that most likely the "Worst Payment Service Ever" you feel you've experienced was at the fault of the website. I think it's probably a good thing that though it did take some time, it's Good Google is willing to take those extra steps to help ensure ensure item delivery. Maybe this comment should be sent to the companies website whom you were ordering from. I'm working diligently to make sure this very thing doesn't happen on my site. It's ironic enough to make this sentence, I stumbling across this particular comment while working on that very thing.
