"Not ready for prime time. Open to fraud, very poor support."
Pros: Convenient, *if* it worked right.
Cons: No customer support, unreliable, misleading, great fraud potential.
Summary: I placed an order with one of their featured vendors, the ones that were offering a $10 coupon. The coupon code is supposed to beentered on the Google Checkout page, but that page never appeared - once you click "proceed" it placed the order, no chance to review or edit or ammend. Contacted google about this and it has now been 10 days with no response besides an initial apology and a promise to resolve ths situation. 10 days is a long time when your'e dealing with money and credit cards. Not trustworthy (at least not yet) we'll see if they fix the problems they're having.

Hi! I had a similar problem. I got my $10.00 credit but it only saved me $2.59! Google checkout automatically selected an expensive shipping option for me ($11.97 for 2-day shipping) instead of the $4.56 that was displayed when I used the "Toys R Us" shopping cart. I clicked the drop-down to change it to a lesser expensive option ($4.56). Then I edited the shipping address and sent my order. Surprise! My receipt reflected the original, more expensive option (too late to change - now must cancel). Their suggestion in all the 'FAQ's' was to contact the seller (Toys R Us). Wish I hadn't used it.
