"Google's Docs & Spreadsheets is a excellent product!"
Pros: Its FREE! The product is simple to use and is available from almost anywhere since it is based online. You can take your work with you wherever you go. Google is gradually updating the product, so more and more features are becoming available.
Cons: Not as many features as the MS Office suite, but it is definitely growing with leaps and bounds.
