Microsoft is revamping and renaming its lookup tool to Windows Live Search, now in beta testing. Eventually this service will merge with MSN Search. This rebuilt search adds image finds as well as interface goodies such as a nifty slider bar and scrolling, which aim to reduce the amount of clicking through pages of search results. Windows Live Search also drives the Windows Live portal, available at Live.com, which allows you to build a sophisticated personal portal with RSS newsfeeds.
