Pros While I like the concept of the Facebook integration...I personally did not enable this as you have to allow access to too many areas of your phone/fb account...without control.
Cons 1) Maps! This map is awful. The search functionality is terrible, the maps have lost a lot of detail, and they have removed the transit functionality. 2) Most of the other upgrades have no bearing on older devices
Pros Faster maybe?
Cons Maps always gives me wrong directions.
No more Youtube.
Should have kept google maps.
Summary Overall i'm disappointed by the release. It seems like it was released way too early. The maps is obviously not ready to use and they should've just kept google maps, it worked better and was stable. Now no YouTube? That's a little too much apple. I actually think once google releases their maps to the public that they will have more users than apple will on their maps app.
Pros The "Do not disturb" feature is great, as are incoming call options. I LOVE that they moved "Bluetooth." The panorama feature on the camera app is simple and intuitive. I like that you don't have to enter the iTunes password to download app updates.
Cons The Maps App is so poorly designed that it's essentially worthless, and it's buggy too. iTunes and App Store are redesigned and not in a good way. Passbook seems completely broken.
Summary Hold off if you can. In their haste to remove google from the devices, they've broken critical functionality:
The Maps app is garbage. It only displays a few street names at any given time, and they are not main thoroughfare streets, so it's hard to find landmarks. Traffic does not appear to work, even when displaying a Standard view map. When using turn by turn navigation it doesn't display street names in a way that's useful while driving. Often it doesn't show what street you're on. The Map crashes and just vanishes from the screen when using 3D view to scroll around San Francisco.
The iTunes and App Store apps act like a sluggish web app version of their original selves, sometimes updated apps don't go away after the update has completed.
Passbook doesn't appear to work. The only available action available is to go to the App Store, and when you do, it either crashes or you get a "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" error message even though the App Store loads.
Not yet ready for public consumption.
Pros We get a new wallpaper.
The Terrible Youtube app is gone, which is now replaced by a Youtube app made by Google, not apple.
Cons Apple Maps
We need a new experience
Summary The only thing that has changed drastically is the fact that we no longer had Google products integrated, which doesn't bother me since now Google has released better apps for Youtube and Maps. Yes, we have some small new features but nothing to write home about. Now dont get me wrong, This is not a bad OS, but we need something new, I think we can all agree on that. I do recommend updating because you will get some new features, but dont expect a totally new experience. Apple needs to make iOS 7 something that will be drastically new because if they dont they will lose a lot of their iOS users.

Pros Apps I can't get on Android
Cons Kludgy and flat feel with an antiquated UI
