"Zip 750" on
Summary: I have been a Zip drive owner since day 1 in 1996. I have always loved them and have had the 100 mb 250 mb and now the 750mb.All have worked great with no complaints. I work in graphics and in my company we just upgraded to the 750mb. 45 Pc's in all. They are much easier to use than cdrw's which get scratched to easy even with cases. I recommend this drive to anyone who wants extra storage that's easy and dependable to use.

"It depends on your needs." on
Summary: I use Zip Disks to transfur files from work to home. Have not had any problems with the media. I reuse the disks so once I made the purchase I was set. The zips are not ideal for every application but they do fill a need. I am one person who is satisfied with Iomega.

"it is good machine" on
Summary: one true value of zip disk is that they are much easier to use, faster to read and write compare to cdr, and the most important of all, the user can save the unfinished file into zip disk while developing. but for cdr, although the disk is cheap and has large capacity, it is waste to save all the unfinished project into cdr. this zip disk is perfect for student, programmer, digital artist.... and professionals that need to update their file all the time.

CD's get scratched and most times dont read cross platform. yes, the zips are expensive, but they get the job done. i still use my old school parallel drive on my xp machine. 9/10 places i go, the computers have zip drives. its like a big floppy. Just...don't drop 'em!
