HP DVD-Writer DVD100i drive

Summary: Due to the limitations of the drive, the HP started a Trade-in programs for customers who want to change the model. (http://www.hp.com/support/dvd100i-trade-in). Unfortunately HP decided that just US, Canada, Europe and Asia customers can do the Trade-in. This position shows a big lack of respect to custormer from other countries of the World. I hope HP realize the mistake it is doing...
