    Pros: None None None

    Cons: no cross ship policy

    Summary: I have sold 10 of these rev drives and they have all kinds of problems.

    Iomegas customer support is terrible.

    If you have a defective drive you have to send it to them first then wait for the replacement. they do not have a cross ship policy.

    So if you have a customer with a small network server they will be without a backup solution for at least a week.

    This is okay if it was only for home users but they are promoting the product as Business solution.
