"good game BUT Extremely bad security and CRAP customer support"
Pros: hahahahahaha nout
Cons: BAD FUNCOM SECURITY
Summary: I played Anarchy Online for over 3 years and my Account was hacked funcom gave no support to get it back even when i submitted all my personla details to them and my credit card numbers that i used to pay for my account during that time I was playing Funcom Sucks and definately need to improve there security all my personla information was being veiwed by a hacker and Funcom did nothing to prevent or help me get my account back

Wow you're serious.... Hopefully you know that knowone can hack into your AO account when just playing the game. Chances are that you probably downloaded something that you thought was safe (it could even be a software update from microsoft) that turns out to steal your identity. Don't blame Funcom for something that wasn't their fault, after all, no takes control of your account but yourself. Besides, how many other reports have there been on this topic??? You're the first so far :P
