Glitchs

    Keep Training Items

    When fighting the monsters in the cellar during the Prologue, take the items you want from the NPCs that join you. Then export the character, then exit the game. Start a new game and import the character, and you will still have the items. You can repeat this to get multiple copies of the item.

Codes

    Various Other Cheat Codes

    Use a text editor to open the 'Baldur.ini' file and under the heading "Game Options: enter the line "Cheats = 1." Then during gameplay press control and tab to open a text box at the bottom of the screen and enter the following codes to get the effects:

    (Note: For the last two codes if you use a British keyboard you have to press shift and # to get the speechmarks)

  • Code Result
  • Cheats:CriticalItems(); You get all the items required to complete the main plot
  • Cheats:Hans(); Teleports selected party member(s) to cursor position
  • Cheats:Midas(); Gives you 500 gold
  • Cheats:FirstAid(); Adds 5 potions of healing, 5 antidotes and a stone to flesh scroll to your inventory
  • Cheats:TheGreatGonzo(); Creates 10 friendly chickens around caster
  • Cheats:CowKill(); Creates a Cowkill scroll if a cow is nearby (cowkill is a mage spell)
  • Cheats:ExploreArea(); Uncovers entire map
  • CLUAConsole:SetCurrentXP("XXXXX") Set selected party member(s) experience to whatever number you put in place of the X's up to the experience cap
  • CLUAConsole:AddGold("XXXXX") Adds gold to your inventory equal to whatever number you put in place of the X's
  • Cheats:DrizztAttacks(); Drizzt will appear at the centre of the screen and attack you
  • Cheats:DrizztDefends(); Drizzt will appear at the centre of the screen and attack your opponents
    • Change Paper Doll

    First, write this in the console: CLUAConsole:EnableCheatKeys()
    Use CTRL+6 to view the previous paper doll and CTRL+7 to view the next one.
