"Very good but definite room to have been better!" on by burtybob

Pros: Simple and yet complex at the same time. Micromanagement makes it better.

Cons: Interface can be clunky, the attraction building isn't grouped the same as the staff which can get confusing.

Summary: The game itself is indeed very good with some minor drawbacks. One of the features that I adore is the micromanagement of the staff, being able to tell each staff member what to do is really good. However, the drawback of this is that some of the staff are a bit thick, by which I mean they don't work on their own initiative even at 5 stars they are terrible at free will. There is also no option to tell floor men and bouncers to work together to deal with any troublemakers or cheats thus leaving you to have to deal with them manually.
The graphics are very simple which is a good thing especially for the times. Back in 2003 computers were still largely built and designed for desktop computing and gaming rigs were expensive so having simple graphics meant that an old computer was able to play it without breaking a sweat.
The interface is not as bad as is made out in the review here but you need to get used to it, I personally think that whoever wrote the review didn't play long enough to get used to it. I played the tutorials and quite a bit a couple of years ago and then lost the disc and got a new computer. Two days ago a mate leant me the game and I installed it and in a short period of time managed to regain the ability to quickly move, buy and sell anything. The only downside is the staff are not grouped the same way as the attractions which is a little confusing.
The thing I find the most annoying is the keyboard and mouse interactivity or rather lack of. What I mean is, as in the main review, you have to keep switching between the 2 instead of being able to use both/
