"Contains SecuROM (Sony DRM protection) DO NOT BUY"
Pros: Love the Sims but this EP contains SecuROM
Cons: Computer drives disabled, SecuROM opens you to virus
Summary: This product contains SecuROM, which disabled CD/DVD drives, "phones home" during gameplay, stops legal purchasers from being able to play game.
SecuROM is a SONY product, who have already had an FTC settlement against them for their use of these types of products.

i made the mistake of buying and using bon voyage, not only is the game more glitchy then other eps, it has in game errors that has made game play a problem.
sony securom7 is on this game. it cannot be uninstalled even when game is uninstalled. sony and ea games will not provide information to rid the pc of securom. i, as many others have experienced pc problems after securom, firewall was found disabled, securom doesnt get along with norton it seems as other norton uses have had same experience. internet access was slowed, an alternate means of seeing emails had to be found, virtual memory was constantly needing to be increased even each time the game was accessed. went from 93.5gbs to 63.gbs quickly. ea games has been non responsive and has discounted the complaints on their bbs. between the ingame problems and securom problems, and ea games lack of resolution, i regret having purchased and used this games.
