    Pros: MMORPG, KILLS TIME QUICKLY, INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS

    Cons: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ACCOUNT BANNED FOR HAVING FIRST NAME FAKE DESPITE PROVING EVERY OTHER DETAILS CORRECTLY, IGNORED BY CUSTOMER ASSISTANT WHO DOESN'T REPECT A CUSTOMER (I BET HE WOULD HAVE IF IT WAS SOMEONE RELATED TO HIM!)

    Summary: I CALLED THE BLIZZARD WAITING HELL LONG TIME TO TALK ABOUT MY ACCOUNT GETTING BANNED FOR NO REASON. MY REAL FIRST NAME IS DIFFERENT BUT MY SECOND NAME IS REAL IN THE ACCOUNT AS WELL AND I HAVE EVERY OTHER INFORMATION THAT BLIZZARD NEEDS FROM ME ''HOWEVER'' THE CUSTOMER ASSISTANT GUY KEPT TELLING ME IF I DON'T SEND HIM MY ID WITH ''RUNA'' NAME ON IT, HE WOULDN'T UNBAN THE ACCOUNT AND SINCE I KEPT ON TRYING TO EXPLAIN, NOW MY TICKET HAS A MESSAGE BELOW SAYING '' IF YOU KEEP ON CALLING WITHOUT HAVING ''RUNA'' ID, THEN WE ARE GOING TO BAN YOUR PHONE NUMBER!!??? AFTER PLAYING MORE THAN A YEAR AND WITH 3 85 CHARACTERS AND OWNING A 25 LEVEL GUILD AND MORE THAN 500K GOLD, THEY BANNED ME FOR HAVING MY FIRST NAME FAKE!
    I WANT TO ASK BLIZZARD IF YOU CHECK ALL YOUR CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT THEN MOST OF THEM ALMOST 99% WILL HAVE THEIR FIRST OR LAST NAME FAKE OR BOTH. OBVIOUSLY IT'S A GAME AND WHY WOULD ANYONE PUT THEIR REAL INFORMATION IN THERE? THE ONLY REAL INFORMATION WE PROVIDE IS WHEN WE PAY YOU BY OUR ''BANK CARD'' AND ''ADDRESS'' WHICH OBVIOUSLY WHEN I ASKED YOU TO CONFIRM, YOU COMPLETELY IGNORED. I CAN NOT CALL BLIZZARD CAUSE THEN I WILL GET BANNED AND I CAN NOT GET MY CHARACTERS AND MY YEAR AND MONTHS OF TIME I SPENT IN THE GAME.
    I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE WOULD REPLY TO MY REVIEW IF THEY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS OR IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN DO ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I WANT BLIZZARD TO KNOW THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD AND CUSTOMERS LIKE ME SHOULD BE ABLE TO JUSTIFY THEMSELVES AND NOT GET ACCOUNT BANNED FOR NO REASON.

    IF BLIZZARD JUST WANTS MONEY AND NOT CUSTOMER'S SUPPORT THEN I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY.

    Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime, who posts under the name of Nethaera on the forums, responded to the feedback stating:

    We've been constantly monitoring the feedback you've given us, as well as internally discussing your concerns about the use of real names on our forums. As a result of those discussions, we've decided at this time that real names will not be required for posting on official Blizzard forums.
