"Flat sound - going with 2.1"
Pros: Videos sound good
Cons: Gaming sound is flat
Summary: I was thinking/hoping that Bose would make a speaker that would make me not want a subwoofer, but it just isn't there. If you want a basic 2.0 speaker system for basic audio, this is it. If you want gaming, go with something in the 2.1 configuration, like the Companion 3.
