Pros Very attractive, handy remote control
Cons Boomy bass, extremely directional treble
Summary I bought these speakers to go with a G5 iMac. They're some of the most attractive speakers I've seen, and they're a great match for any white computer, like an iMac. Unfortunately, the bass is very boomy, the amplifiers can't make the speakers play very loud at all, and the treble is so directional that if the tweeters aren't right at ear level, there's virtually no treble. If they are at ear level, there's too much treble. If looks are your number one priority, and you have a white computer, then buy these speakers. If you're after sound quality, look elsewhere. The G5 iMac's internal speakers are better than these, except for the lack of bass.
Pros good treble, i feel that extra widening of sound from LFT, mid and treble are clearly distinguished, you just need time to BREAK IN the speakers
Cons bass frequency can be much wider...right now it only focuses on a very narrow frequency, cables can be longer, knobs on the control pod should be bigger
Pros Excellent, clear and full sound with good control of brightness and boominess. Sounds better and more full in sound than my past Klipsch Promedia 2.1 speakers.
Pros Great Sound, nice looks, great sound, decent price, sounds great,... did I mention the great sound !!
Cons No treble control...but with titanium drivers, you won't miss it.
