"Excellent Speakers for the Size & Price"
Pros: No need for power cord, compact size, portable
Cons: Low RMS power, does not deliver powerful base (because of the size)
Summary: I ordered this online without even checking the product at any local retailers. I also only read the review by "av8or1113" (the only Cnet member who wrote the review at the time). When I got the package, I was surprised over how small the package was. The speakers are smaller than I expected. I knew it would be small for portability purpose, but I didn't think it'd be this small. Anyhow, size doesn't matter. They deliver the sound better than I thought it would. (That's probably because I read his review and it made me think that they're not that good.)
Of course not, they are not the best speakers out there, but they are probably among the best at their size.
If you are looking for a pair of small and portable speakers, these are for you. If not, look for some 2.1 or 5.1 set as those should deliver more powerful base.
