Pros: Sound good for the money. Having a built-in DTS decoder is nice.

Pros: Great THX sound with movies. Great sound in general (minus hiss). Customer service rep. was pleasant and actually spoke English, and didn't read from a script. Got the system for $200 online.
Cons: Hiss!! I called customer support today. I had heard they may change out the control pod if the unit has hiss that can't be corrected by changing configuration settings, etc. After assuring my set up was okay, she actually had me hold my phone to the speak
