"Well folks, it is real, it is terrific, it is accurate, and it is Bluetooth!!"
Pros: Bluetooth - Small, well designed - Clear virtual display - Easy connectivity - WOW factor!
Cons: Battery monitor could be better
Summary: I am really disappointed that a professional reviewer would slam a product the way you did. I have installed my VKB on several iPAQs (1940, 5555, 2715, 4700)and they all WORK well!
There is no question that if you don't follow the instructions perfectly, it will not work. My experience is that it does work and it works well...of course, I did read the directions.
I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of different devices and accessories for them. By far, this one is about the "coolest" accessory that I have ever used with my iPAQ. Besides being very small, functional and clearly complementary to my iPAQ, it is just a real neat "toy" to have. Without the slightest hesitation, I continue to give the BTVKB my highest recommendation.

what a waste of money. The tech support is non-existent. The product only works on a few devices!!
I've actually reported the company to the UK trading standards as I feel so ripped off!!
Don't buy -
I have paired it but can't get it to show as an input choice in pocket windows. It still only shows the soft keyboard as one of the choices and not the VKB. Email me with help to htmeeks@cox.net
thanks -
I Agree...I dont understand why they slammed it. My friend got it to work on his Audiovox 5600 Smartphone and on his Treo650...without any problems. When people see it...it gets a big WOW!! and....How cool is that! type of comment. It works people!!
