    "DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!"

    Pros: Keeps its promises until the back up battery goes out!

    Cons: Back up battery cannot be changed, and when it goes out, the unit will lose its memory (even if the rechargable battery is fully charged) after 15-30 minutes.

    Summary: This PDA has a back up battery that cannot be changed once it goes out. It is like having to buy a new car when the gas tank is empty! Dell will not replace the back up battery. My son took it apart, we found the back up battery, but it came from Germany and is not carried by the usual stores in the USA, including Dell! If you can find one, it will need to be soldered to the connection wires by a by jeweler. It would cost less to buy a new unit!
