"Decent PDA but get the midrange"
Pros: Battery lasts practically forever. Took 3 hours just to drop from 30% to 5%! Fast charge time (charged in les than 8 hours), built and shipped on the same day!
Cons: I found 32MB of RAM lacking after awhile, 2MB of flash ROM storage space. (You'll really need an add-on card!), syncing is a bit defunct. OS sorta unstable. Maybe from the lack of RAM.

Pros: The unit is great for basic use and is well built (I've dropped it a few times with harly any issues other than a scratch here and there)
Cons: Doesn't come with cradle and the cable tends to bend the pins in the synchronization port, luckily this doesn't seem to affect the synch process much.

Pros: It has all the features I need -- calendar, notes, address book, not terribly expensive, battery life good
Cons: Can't put the programs you use most on the home screen and get rid of others you don't use. Needs battery info on home screen. I'm also not crazy about Outlook.
