"worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!1"

Pros: Great price and pretty good for your everyday PDA

Cons: ASKING FOR HELP FROM DELL WOULD BE LIKE ASKING A 10YR OLD KID TO PERFORM A HEART TRANSPLANT. BOTH ARE CLUELESS. DO NOT BUY A DELL PRODUCT. SPEND THE EXTRA 50 DOLLARS. IT WILL SAVE YOU FROM SO MUCH STRESS AND TIME. DELL IS TERRIBLE.
