"Don't Buy!! Sent it back, Junk!!"
Pros: Very fast
Cons: After two weeks and four hours on the phone to India I sent it back (Screen would not respond). Then I got a refurbished one, what a joke. My three year no questions asked return policy had me on the phone way to much. The refurbished stopped working thre

I have had issues with tech support as well. Note to others if your battery is dying check to make sure that your Axim actually turns off. My does not. Its a know issue to dell, yet they keep it quiet in hopes that you dont find out or contact until after your warrenty is up. I will never buy another dell for as long as i live. their business practices are not ethical. the most they were willing to do is give me a discount on yet another refurbished one. I purchase this thing when it first came out, and within 2 weeks time, I had to trade it in for 2 refurbished models. later the pda stopped shutting off, my fauly for not alerting them of this problem in time but i was tired of dealing with them. when i finally did, tech svc did tell me that it was a known issue, however there wasnt anything he could do. this is a waste of a product, i do not understand how it is rated so high on this site.

I think I got your old PDAs, course it would be hard to tell since they all seem to suck. They pulled the same stunt with me as they did you.
