"Very goo and reliable"

Pros: Very solid build quiality, incredible hi-rez screen which is great for reading, good layout of buttons to play games. Only had a couple of software crashes in just about a year in 1 or 2 programs.

Cons: Need adapter for playing mp3s, only accepts original type memory sticks for up to 256mb (ms-select), palm os4 wont run some of the newer and better software.

"terrible support!"

Pros: liked the small bright color screen,inexpensive.

Cons: unit stopped working after 6 months and Sony refuses to repair or replace it! said we voided the warranty by removing the battery cover!!! had no warnings or stickers saying "DO NOT REMOVE" sony service sucks,customer service rude and unhelpful.Will NEVER

"worth it for the price"

Pros: great pda with great functions and color.definintely worth it for the price.

Cons: not a lot of cheap expansion packs considering it uses only memory stick expansions which sony almost exclusively sells at an outrageously high price.

"I regret it."

Pros: Small, good screen, memory stick a plus, Palm OS.

Cons: 1--Raised buttons easily turn on when in a case, draining battery. Jog dial not useful. 2--After 6 months, trouble with screen. Will not recognize screen taps in some areas; digitizer has little effect. The real problem? A defective screen. I will never

"Overall nice, but a few shortcomings"

Pros: Bright screen in daylight; jog dial; nice flip cover; memory stick expansion.

Cons: WIMPY alarm sound! I carry this in my pocket and often miss the alarms for appointments, because the sound is so soft. Also, it would be nice if the product was a little thinner (but not smaller, the screen is a good size).
