"Quality fair but a glitch ruins everthing"
Pros: Good Wi-fi and bluetooth. Handy and light weight
Cons: Power glitch cause Miomap malfunction
Summary: I had this device for 1 week and already caused so much problem, from power outage, malfunction map, until it severely transfered a bug that crashed my laptop. I tried and tested everything that they offered inside of this device and it worked perfectly well, but after a couple of days, I realized that the power was often shut down by itself, then I had to manually slid the master on/off button. When I looked it up into their website, there was patch that I assumed will fixed this problem. WRONG!!! It caused disaster, and completely crashed the MioMap. Then I called the tech support. Geeez, I never realized that Mio is a small company who couldn't hire people to answer a phone call and kept directing me to a voice mail. Until 3 message phone calls, 2 emails, for half a day, finally a miraculous voice answered the phone. They just simply admitted there was a glitch and the patch caused problem. What were they thinking! They should have tested the patch before they released it. They promised a paperwork for service over the email, until now they haven't emailed me back. Best advice for those who want to buy this device, "Beware! It maybe cheap, but it will be expensive to buy a blood pressure medicine!"
