"Thin, Compact, Reliable. Nice PDA."
Pros: Thin, lightweight, solid feel. This thing is great. People shouldn't complain about the black and white screen. They knew it was grayscale when they bought it. If they wanted color, why did they buy a grayscale pda? Duh. They also knew it only had 8mb
Cons: If you press firmly agains the cover when closed, it will activate the pda because the buttons get depressed. Other than that, it's great.

Pros: Backlit;rechargable battery
Cons: Support is horrible; I have been waiting for a month to have my palm m500 repaired. A defect with the M500 is the Electro-Static Discharge in which the repair device has been on backorder for the past month.

"GOOD PRICE FOR enough product"
Pros: cheap. It has lots of functions.
Cons: If the OS can upgrade to 5.21. It will be perfect.
