"Great, useful, but some problems"
Pros: Thin, stylish, good battery life, screen nice for Black & White PDA
Cons: Hotsync Problems
Summary: I got my first m500 a few months ago, and it was great. Thin, rechargeable, stylish... and the usb syncing was faster than the serial on my old palm VIIx. It was great, except for the problem in that the scribble pad (notepad) wpould not synchronize unless I went into the program files and made an adjustment. Then, it had a hard 4-foot drop onto a linoleum floor, on top of about 3ft of solid concrete. The screen did not shatter, but would not function. Then, I got another m500, and it wouldn't sync the notepad either. Now, this PDA won't synchronize with my Windows XP computer at all, but the problem is on the computer, not the PDA. See CNET forums for some help on that, if you are experiencing similar problems. I am still trying to fix it, but I think that this PDA would be great for a basic user seeking a stylish, useful organizer.
